That’s the bold ambition of Local Government New Zealand and Taituarā – Local Government Professionals Aotearoa’s Vote 2022 campaign. The campaign will be rolled out across the motu with support from a range of partners.
This October regions across the country will be holding local elections. The Vote 2022 campaign will run in two phases encouraging people first to stand for election and then to vote.
