3 Waters project position paper

LGNZ has released its 3 Waters project position paper "Improving New Zealand's water, Wastewater and Stormwater Sector" and is seeking feedback from the local government sector as part of a consultation process.

This paper represents the next stage in the 3 Waters project to better understand the state of three waters infrastructure, the challenges that lie ahead and options for delivering a best practice water infrastructure system.
